Pfizer’s multi-kiosk experience traveled to all major infectious disease congresses around the globe and increased booth attendance by 300% over last year. The mirror allows users to interact with objects and animation that is layered over their reflection provides a more personalized visual takeaway message. Motion detection, user height scanning, facial tracking, and touchscreen interactive Q&A captures content knowledge and basic demographic information. The booth experience was followed up with an iPad survey to capture immediate attendee responses, compiled daily online for client review.
